is for youth ages 13- 17.
We offer a 1-week Aikido in the Real World course. It is focused on practical self-defense for teens. The group meets everyday for a 1 hour session that combines training at the dojo facility and public locations around Livingston. No special clothing or uniform is required of students. We do suggest loose fitting t-shirts for practice at the dojo. Please wear regular street clothes to all outdoor activities.
Classes are at 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. daily (June 26 – July 2, 2021)
Throughout the remainder of the year, teenage students train with the Adult group learning aikido techniques, principle movements and various development exercise.
